Your Source for Prevention, Support & Advocacy
HIV Community Link exists to support people living with, or at risk of HIV and other sexually transmitted and blood-borne infections. We educate communities, give non-judgmental support, tools and information, and offer harm reduction programs and services to populations in Calgary and Southeastern Alberta.
Stigma can be worse than a diagnosis. If you’re newly diagnosed, just know you are not alone. With treatment and care, you can have a long and healthy life. Learn the basics, understand the facts, and take care of yourself.
Approximately 62,050 people are living with HIV in Canada. 1 in 8 is unaware. The only way to know if you are HIV positive is to get tested. Take control. Regular testing is a choice you can make and we can support you through the process.
At HIV Community Link, we know that to achieve our goal of empowering choices, engaging communities and ending transmission of HIV, we need the support of community and volunteers. By working together, we can truly make a meaningful difference. Join our volunteer team today.
