Volunteering and you!

Volunteering is the exchange of experiences, a collective effort and common interest in supporting the greater good of our Calgary communities. Our volunteer program makes HIV Community Link the incredible organization that it is today, achieving our vision of empowering choices, engaging communities, and ending transmission. The investment of your time in without any doubt, greatly appreciated, and we hope to hear from you soon.

Condom Packing – If you’re looking for a fun and simple way to give back to HIV Community Link you can join us for our monthly Volunteer Activity Night! Join us on the last Wednesday of every month, where you’ll help us pack our condom packs which are distributed across the city in bars, community centres, and at special events to promote safer sex and provide information on testing options in Calgary!

Events – HIV Community Link holds many events throughout the year that need the helping hands of volunteers to help see through the success of the project. Get involved with our upcoming Splash of Red fundraiser! Splash of Red is an annual gala that raises awareness of issues surrounding HIV and helps fund HIV Community Link’s prevention, education and support programs in Calgary and across Southeastern Alberta.
