HIV Community Link provides confidential and empathetic support to people affected by HIV and hepatitis C in Lethbridge and the surrounding areas. Our staff will receive you in a non-judgmental setting and help guide you to resources that will be of most use to you in your unique situation.
How can we support you? We offer a wide range of support and educational services for our clients and community, including:
- Support in accessing HIV, hepatitis C (HCV), and other STBBI testing and treatment
- Provision of safer sex and safer consumption supplies
- Navigation of community resources – connections to services such as addiction treatment, housing, funding, basic need, and employment supports
- Emotional supports and case management in person or on the phone for people living with HIV or hepatitis C
- Training and workshops
Our Outreach team is out Monday and Thursday evenings. and Tuesday and Friday afternoons in Lethbridge, primarily in the downtown core. Look for us in the yellow backpacks.
